The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Cocktail Guide
For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
